Myofascial Therapy is a technique that focuses on releasing tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. This workshop is the first in a two part series that will teach you the techniques needed to provide a full body myofascial treatment. This first class focuses on the Upper Body including the chest, neck, shoulders, hands, back and waist. Krissy Viccione LCMT, CMRM, CIMRM is an instructor who trained with Howard Rontal and is now teaching for him since he moved to Hawaii. Class runs from 6pm-10pm on Friday and 9am-6pm Saturday and Sunday. Cost of class is $395.
